Job description

We are looking for a Landscaping Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for the complete management of landscaping projects, while supervising a team of workers.

Your main responsibilities

As a landscaping team leader, you will be required to:

  • Manage landscaping projects from A to Z.
  • Supervise and coordinate the tasks of the workers, as well as participate in physical work
  • Read and interpret plans to ensure they are implemented correctly.
  • Ensure positive communication with customers and the public.
Desired profile
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in landscaping or a similar position.
  • Reliability, honesty and thoroughness in the execution of tasks.
  • Sense of leadership and ability to motivate a team.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems in the field.
  • Professional and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Working conditions
  • Full-time position for the summer season.
  • Possibility to continue with the company during the winter in the field of snow removal (optional).
